Returns and refunds

We accept returns requested within 30 days of the parcel arriving.

How to return something

Email first

[email protected] needs the order number and the item name.

Wait for the address

Returns go to a specific address, not the one on the parcel.

Send it

Box it as it arrived so nothing moves in transit.

Refund

We refund to the original payment method. Allow five to seven business days from the day we receive the return.

Condition

Returned goods must be in resaleable condition: unused, complete, original packaging.

Once a sealed hygiene item has been opened it is no longer returnable.

Who pays for the return

We meet the return cost when something arrives broken, faulty or incorrect. Change-of-mind returns are paid for by the customer.

Warranty

If the manufacturer provides a warranty, claim it directly with them using the documentation supplied. Jason Office Products is responsible for the item being as described and undamaged when it reaches you.
