This page explains what Jason Office Products collects when you order, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it.

  1. What we collect

    We ask for a name, a delivery address, an email address and a phone number, because a parcel cannot be sent without them.

  2. Why we collect it

    It exists to get your parcel to you and to resolve anything that goes wrong. It is not a commercial asset.

  3. Who else sees it

    Only two parties see any of it: the carrier handling delivery and the provider handling payment.

  4. Cookies

    The cookies on this site remember what is in your basket and whether you are logged in. Nothing else is tracked to build a profile.

  5. How long we keep it

    Retention follows accounting obligations. Once an order is closed and out of its return window, contact data can be erased on request.

  6. Your rights

    You have the right to access, correct and erase your information. Email [email protected] and we will action it.

  7. Children

    This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

  8. Changes to this policy

    If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page. Material changes affecting existing orders will be sent to the email address on the order.
